Can someone please explain to me why we have 2 forums for a game that has less than 50 players? I don't understand why we all can't be using one forum. Please enlighten me. -Phobik

That question was answered many times. Its the first replacement to PTT and will always be here. Not almost be lost. Its a backup and a damn solid one. Best part is its free. -CB

That doesn't answer my question. If this is a backup, why are you using it if the real PTT2 is up? When have I asked for money to keep PTT2 up? Or ANY of my servers? (Master, TBM, etc).

Well,, frankly speaking (no pun intended) this is the "real" PTT2. I only moved to Doc's under some conditions that were not kept.
If for a minute I thought that the game was on a good comeback, Id spend more time at planetthinktanks2.com as I used to daily, removing spam accounts, and just generally helping players.
As you know there are pirated versions of the game out and when one of those players joins, he don't see servers without GG master and they need choices to keep them interested. While were asking questions, why are you making it hard for a new player get into your ptt2 servers? We need to make it as easy as possible for new players to join servers.

The bottom line on this server is I vowed to make one that would ( "Never" go down ) when PTT went down Christmas of 2006.

You seem to not be understanding what I'm trying to say. I am not asking you to take down these forums - it is always good to have a backup site. The problem is using both sites at the same time for no reason (other than you having a grudge with someone who has left the game and community years ago and has no control over the forums any longer). You cannot compare this site to the real PTT2 (This is not the real one, sorry :P). This site is slow, ugly, and very limited with what you can do as it's a free activeboard site. It is only good to be a backup (as you said). I don't see why you can't do those things on PTT2.com (help players, remove spam accounts, etc) with the current state of the game. Dragging players to this site is unfair to the community and does not do any good - just splits everyone and makes it harder to keep everyone informed. You seriously need to forget about Doc as she's no longer around and just stop holding this grudge.

Regarding my servers- the login crap is for a stats script I am planning to roll out soon to be integrated with PTT2 (where it tracks your kills,deaths,etc). If a player doesn't have my script installed, it CLEARLY tells them they need to visit planetthinktanks2.com. I have a stock server running anyway (nothing required to join), for those that are lazy. So there are always options for new players. I do take everything into consideration before changing anything with my servers.

Were beating a dead horse here.  Lets work on getting new players and let the bells and whistles go. PTT was simple and similar. I like that.
